4. Weekly winning combinations will be posted in all 7-Eleven® stores and on www.7-eleven.com.ph. every Wednesday within the promo period:

• November 25

• December 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30

5. Match numbers with weekly winning combinations:

• 3 out of 5 = P5,000 (450 winners)

• 4 out of 5 = P10,000 (100 winners)

• 5 out of 5 = P500,000 (6 winners)

6. All tickets are valid for all weekly combinations.

7. Winners of P500,000 will shoulder the 20% prize tax.

8. All 7-Eleven® lotto tickets and claimants are subject to verification and validation. Winners of minor prizes (P5,000 and P10,000) will be awarded immediately once tickets and claimants are verified and validated. Winners of major prizes (P500,000) will be awarded on the week of March 8, 2010 together with the presentation of donation to their chosen institutions.

9. 7-Eleven® reserves the right to refuse to award cash prizes if 7-Eleven® lotto tickets are found to be tampered with, reproduced, illegible, altered, defaced, torn damaged or has failed any of the validation tests. Any person who commits, conspires to commit or in any way aids in the commission of any act of tampering, counterfeiting, or fraud shall be automatically disqualified from this promo and from all future 7-Eleven® promos.

10. To claim prize/s, customer must contact the Promo Hotline (02) 384-3909 from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 6pm. Customer must surrender the winning 7-Eleven® Lotto tickets (5) attached to the official receipts and present two (2) valid IDs (Driver's License, SSS/GSIS, PRC, Voter's, Postal, NBI Clearance, School or Company ID with Picture).

a. P5,000. Winners from Metro Manila must claim at the 7-Eleven® Head Office at 7th Floor, Columbia Tower, Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong City. Winners outside Metro Manila may claim at the nearest 7-Eleven® store.

b. P10,000 and P500,000. All winners must claim at the 7-Eleven® Head Office at 7th Floor, Columbia Tower, Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong City.

11. Prizes may be claimed until March 8, 2010 only.

1. Get one (1) discount coupon printed on the official receipt with a minimum purchase of P50.00 from 7-Eleven® (except ICT cards and bills payment).

2. To claim discounts, surrender the discount coupon prior to payment. Discounts cannot be added up for bigger discounts. However, customer may use several coupons for multiple items in a single transaction.

3. Redemption may be done at any 7-Eleven® store in the Philippines within the validity period printed on the discount coupon.
